It is important to carefully read these Terms and Conditions of the services provided by Hellfire Online prior to registering.

Terms & Conditions
The Terms and Conditions set out below explain the requirements stipulated for the services, plans, rates, packages, and or any other service provided by Hellfire Online or any other associated company to which it acts for or on behalf of, hereby also known as the "supplier" in these terms and conditions. Any written terms (other than these) which affect your account/s will apply.

Where such other terms are different to these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence. These Terms and Conditions form the contract between you as a customer and the "supplier" or any other associated company to which it acts for or on behalf of, as a provider of the services stipulated or requested.

By registering for services provided by the "supplier" or any other associated company to which it acts for or on behalf of, you acknowledge the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any new product or service introduced by the "supplier" or any other associated company to which it acts for or on behalf of, may require new acceptance of Terms and Conditions whereas we may ask you to confirm that you accept any changes to these Terms and Conditions necessitated by the new products and services, such acceptance will be binding.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
The "supplier" reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time on giving you 10 days notice of our intentions to alter or change the terms and conditions, the "supplier" will inform customers of any changes to these Terms and Conditions via e-mail. All correspondence will be sent via e-mail, no postal correspondence will be sent.

Payment Terms, Plans, Rates and Packages
We may from time to time upon giving you notice, introduce new charges for plans, rates, or packages for and or within the services we provide. You will also be subject to any standard fees and charges.
In accepting these Terms and Conditions, you have authorised the "supplier" or any other associated company to which it acts for or on behalf of, to: debit the bank account, credit card account, or cheque account, nominated by you for the required fees and or charges, as well as any government taxes, fees or charges payable on transaction. If at any time there are insufficient funds in your nominated account for which to cover fees and or charges, you hereby authorise the "supplier" or any other associated company to which it acts for or on behalf of, to suspend, delete or apply late penalty fees or charges at a monthly rate of 10% of the total amount owing during any particular month up until full payment is completed, by accepting these Terms and Conditions you have also accepted that the "supplier" may, in order to recover any outstanding debts, or costs, take legal action on behalf of any other company acting on behalf of or associated with the "supplier" in order to recover any or all outstanding debts or costs.

Withdrawal of Services
Withdrawal of Services must be in writing either by email or other suitable written correspondence. Any transactions made on your account/s through the "supplier" or up until the time of cancellation must be rendered prior to the cancellation date.
It is the responsibility of the customer to advise the "supplier" of any withdrawal or cancellation of services, notification of cancellation of services after the payment due date will incur the normal 1 month advanced payment.
Customers who by failure of notification to cancel services may be required at the discretion of the "supplier" or any other associated company to which it acts for or on behalf of, to fully reimburse the amount owed during the course of and up to of the actual cancellation date.

Indemnity
Your agreement to accept these Terms and Conditions acknowledges indemnity to the "supplier" or any other associated company to which it acts for or on behalf of for any loss incurred or damage suffered by, our customers or a third party, or for any claim or action which may be brought against us by a customer or third party, which is in anyway the result of your misuse or failure to comply with of the services provided, or your failure to take all reasonable steps to prevent illegal or improper use of the intended services.

Miscellaneous Provisions
Hellfire Online or any other associated company to which it acts for or on behalf of, and its employees or agents shall not be liable for any act or failure to fulfill its obligations in relation to provision of it's services if the act, omission or failure arises from any cause reasonably beyond its control. These events may include (but shall not be limited to ) acts of God, strikes, riots, acts of war, epidemics, earthquakes, floods, governmental action, fire, telecommunication line failures, power failures, computer or server processing system failures due to volume overload, misuse or carelessness.
